Who we are
Xaen Growth is operated by A.I.H Health Services, United Arab Emirates, part of the Xaen group.
What we collect
When you create an account or ask us to get in touch we collect your name, work email, business name and the language of the page you used. When you start a job we also keep the brief you send and any files you add. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card number.
Why we use it
We use these details only to run your account, to prepare your jobs and to contact you about your requests. We do not send marketing without your consent.
Where it is held
Contact requests are held in the shared lead system of the Xaen group, of which A.I.H Health Services is part. Accounts, purchases, briefs and uploaded files are held in the service's own database, kept separate for each business.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to hello@aihealthservices.ae.
Your material
The briefs, logos, photos and other files you share are used only to prepare your jobs, and remain yours.
